When you transmit your personal data through a web form or an order, this data will be saved on the servers of Worldsoft AG in Switzerland. The EU commission has certified Switzerland to have a data protection standard comparable to EU law. Transmitting data from the EU to Switzerland is permissible according to data protection laws.

The processing of your data is based on your consent (Art. 6 Section 1 lit. a DSGVO). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The legality of any data processing procedures that have already taken place are untouched by your withdrawal.

Analyzing of data by the WBS

WBS allows us to separate interested parties and customers according to several categories (so called Tagging). Through this, addresses can be categorized for example into gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non vegetarian), or customer relations (e.g. customer or potential customer).

Storage Period

Until your consent is withdrawn, your data will be saved. After your consent is withdrawn, your data will be deleted from our servers as well as the servers of Worldsoft AG. The data you have provided in order to get access to the newsletter is saved on the servers of Worldsoft AG.

Processing of data you have provided during your sign up for the newsletter will be based solely on your consent (Art. 6 Section 1 lit. a DSGVO). You always have the right to revoke your consent for the saving of data, your e-mail address, as well as your address’ usage for the dispatch of the newsletter. You can do that for example through the “Opt out” link in the newsletter. The legality of any data processing procedures that have already taken place are untouched by your withdrawal.

The data you have provided us with in order to receive the newsletter will be stored with us until you opt out of the newsletter, and will be deleted afterwards. Data that has been saved for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member section) are untouched by this.

Data analyzation by the WBS

When we dispatch the newsletter with help by the WBS, we are able to ascertain whether the newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked.

WBS also allows us to separate the receivers of newsletters according to several categories (so called Tagging). Through this, receivers of the newsletter can be categorized for example into gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non vegetarian), or customer relations (e.g. customer or potential customer). That way it is possible to adjust the newsletter towards the respective target audience. You can find more information here: www.worldsoft.info/5243/wbs.

Therefore, if you do not want an analysis by the WBS, you will have to opt out of the newsletter. We provide you with an appropriate link in every newsletter message.

Data that has been saved for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member section, address details for invoices) are untouched by this.

The usual social media plugins (depicted as buttons on our website) transmit user data towards social platforms (e.g. Facebook) with every page view. Some plugins enable social networks an insight into your behavior on the internet. You don’t have to be logged in or be a member of the network.

We use the Shariff module on our website. A Shariff module only enables the direct contact between you and a social network if you actively click the share button.

As a result, Shariff prevents that users leave a digital trail on each visited page. It also improves the protection of data. Through the Shariff module one can ‘like’, ‘+1’ or ‘tweet’ – the respective social network does not gain more information.

In order to use the Google+ button you need a worldwide, public Google profile that has to consist at least of the name chosen for the profile. This name is in use in all Google services. In some cases this name can replace another name that you have used while sharing content through your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be shown to users that know your e-mail address or are in possession of other identifying information from you.

Usage of gathered data: Other than the purposes mentioned above, the information you provide will be used according to current Google data protection regulations.
